The Khanak institute of medical science (KIMS), Sarmera is a private Institution established by Miss Simpy Kumari & Mr. Rahul Kumar under KIMS Hospital and Research Institute in 2020. The Institute has been projected on a modular system on four pillars of health programmes in our country so as to develop:-
Medical Education and Human Resource Development by creating a Centre of Excellence for Medical and Nursing Education to generate Health manpower in Specialty, Super specialty in the field of Medicine, Nursing and allied profession
The Institute shall look after the Regional needs and collaborate with other National and International agencies, Health Care Consultancy service in Regional and Central Health Schemes.
The Institute has the mandate to take up the responsibility to guide the Health Care programmes of North regions and also to co-ordinate with the Central Government plans and programmes of Health Care. Establishment of the College of Nursing in KIMS-KHANAK INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE is a step in this direction....
